Who we share your information with
Chieftain Marketing may share your data with sub-processors for them to carry out particular services on our behalf. At present we have no appointed sub-processors for this purpose and will update this policy should this arise. If such Chieftain Marketing appoints sub-processors to carry out services on our behalf, we will ensure that they provide at least the same level of protection for your personal data as applied at Chieftain Marketing and demonstrate compliance with relevant Data Protection Laws.

How long we will keep your personal information
We will retain your data for 48 months to ensure that our information on contacts is up to date.
Please note that if you opt-out of marketing we will retain a record of your data to ensure that you do not receive any future marketing from us.
Please note, if you have made a request for us to erase your data, we will still store enough information necessary for us to ensure that you are not contacted again; this will be held in a suppression list.
